The Swara Project

Swara is a Holistic and cultural Center in Portugal in progress of becoming. Thanks to many volunteers hands, through a co-creation form, this space is growing everyday into a peaceful haven with rich soil offering abundant organic harvest. The aim is to co-create a soothing environment where one is able of hearing their inner voice as they go on a path of healing and self discovery in harmony with life. The center will be offering healing foods through organic plant based cuisine and healing tools for the body and soul through yoga, meditation, art therapy and ancient medecine. Beyond a free stay and food is it a chance to live a nourishing human experience through connections with people and creativity; what better way to live and visit Portugal when also learning more about its culture. In exchange of 4-5 hours a day of your energy will be required to transform this home in a center specialized in self development and healing.
